About
Heart of Breath
A Sacred Call to
Connection, Healing & Transformation
Heart of Breath is a sanctuary for healing and a movement towards connection, founded by ceremonialist and filmmaker Kim Kindersley. This global initiative unites ancient Indigenous wisdom with modern breathwork practices to create spaces where profound transformation can unfold.
Through gathering in sacred circles—around a fire, within breathwork ceremonies, or through virtual communities—we breathe into our shared humanity, releasing old patterns and inviting renewal. In these spaces, we honor the Earth, the elements, and the heartbeat of all life.

Our Vision
Returning to Sacredness
At Heart of Breath, we gather in sacred spaces to reconnect with our true essence. Through ceremony, breathwork, chanting, and movement, we offer prayers for the healing of the world and the creation of a New Earth.
In this shared space, we release what no longer serves us, transform emotions, and weave an environment where healing and magic naturally unfold. The mission of Heart of Breath is to guide humanity back to the sacred—to harmony with nature, ourselves, and one another.

"We’re just one being here, living as many. We’re just fractals of God."
- Kim

Ancient Origins
Heart of Breath traces its roots to Southern Australia, where Kim collaborated with Indigenous elders of the Waramiri and Mirning Tribes—People of the Whale. These tribes shared their wisdom of sacred ceremonies, which inspired Kim’s lifelong dedication to bridging ancient traditions with contemporary practices.
Using elements such as fire, water, smoke, music, invocation, and ritual dance, these ceremonies honor the sacred relationship between humans and the natural world. They are a vessel for connection, transformation, and renewal.
Universal Whale Ceremony
The Universal Whale Ceremony lies at the heart of Heart of Breath, honoring the cetaceans as guardians of the seas and symbols of unity. Through chanting, fire invocations, and the recorded songs of whales from Australia, participants connect to the frequency of love and healing.
"The whales remind us to live in harmony with nature and each other. Their song carries the wisdom of the ages, calling us to awaken."
– Kim
This ceremony is both a healing for the participants and a collective prayer for the planet, reminding us of our responsibility to protect and cherish the natural world.

Interconnectedness
At Heart of Breath, the breath serves as a bridge to interconnectedness, weaving individuals into a collective tapestry of shared intention. Through chanting, Breathwork, and creative expression, participants rediscover their relationship with the Earth and the sacred circle of life.
"In every breath, we remember that we are not separate from one another or the Earth. Connection is at the heart of all healing."
– Kim

"Be your prayer.
Sing your prayer.
Breathe your prayer."
- Kim

Ceremonies & Rituals
Sacred Ceremony & Chanting Circles
Each ceremony begins and ends with chanting, drawing participants into a sacred state through the power of song. These circles create a space for self-expression, where every voice contributes to a collective energy of healing and connection.
Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance
The ritual of cacao opens the heart to oneness, flowing naturally into ecstatic dance—a celebration of movement and chant that embodies liberation and joy. These gatherings conclude with mandala breathwork, leaving participants grounded, peaceful, and aligned.
Heart of Breath Philosophy

1.
Honouring
Natural Law
Inspired by Indigenous traditions, Heart of Breath follows the principle of natural law, recognizing that humanity thrives when in harmony with the Earth. This wisdom calls us to live with simplicity, reverence, and integrity.

2.
Unity
Through Breath
Breath is the universal language that unites all people. In sharing breath, we transcend stories, cultures, and differences, rediscovering our shared humanity and innate connection.

3.
Sacred
Simplicity
Transformation arises from simplicity. By honoring the elements—fire, water, air, and earth—we create spaces where profound healing and connection unfold naturally.
